Braxton County Memorial Hospital

Established in 1981, Braxton County Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, critical access hospital that serves Braxton County, as well as parts of Clay, Gilmer, Lewis, Nicholas, and Webster counties. It is located in Gassaway, West Virginia, and is conveniently accessible from I-79.

Braxton County Memorial Hospital offers 24-hour emergency care, as well as inpatient care, respite care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, and home health. Outpatient primary care and women’s health services are available in the Braxton Community Health Center.
