Biliary Cholangioscopy

Retrieval of biopsies and management of stones, through the use of a high-definition camera through the bile and pancreatic ducts. 

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)

Pancreatic Fluid Collection Drainage/Cystgastrostomy/Necrosectomy

  • Use of ultrasound to create a connection between a pancreatic fluid collection and the stomach or the duodenum for therapeutic drainage and debridement of large or infected collection.

Celiac Plexus Neurolysis (CPN)

  • Treat cancer-related abdominal pain with an injection of a neurolytic agent at the celiac ganglia. 

EUS-Directed Transgastric ERCP (EDGE)

  • A combination of ERCP and EUS to access the excluded stomach in gastric bypass patients.
