Fellowship Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine with board eligibility or board certification
• Excellent academic and clinical record

Application Process

Interested candidates must submit a personal statement, current CV and two letters of recommendation to the Director of the Fellowship program. Additional questions and information requests can be sent directly to the Fellowship Program Director, Shaylee Peckens, MD.

When to apply: Documentation should be submitted by March 31, but qualified candidates can also be considered after this date. Those individuals interested in the two-year fellowship with a Master's degree program should apply by this date to allow time for application processing.
