Health Sciences Flu Vaccine Clinic set for multiple dates in October

Health Sciences Flu Vaccine Clinic set for multiple dates in October
Dr. Gretchen Garofoli and student pharmacists from WVU School of Pharmacy, in conjunction with Waterfront Family Pharmacy, will be offering flu vaccines on the following dates:
  • Oct. 5 — Noon to 1 p.m.
  • Oct. 12 — Noon to 2 p.m.
  • Oct. 19 — Noon to 2 p.m.
  • Oct. 26 — Noon to 2 p.m.
The clinic will be held in one of the tents outside the Health Sciences Center in the Memorial Gardens (down the steps to the right when exiting the HSC under the canopy that leads to the PRT).

These clinics will primarily be for those with PEIA, The Health Plan, Aetna Student Health Insurance, or Medicaid insurances as some other insurances require vaccines to be administered in a medical office.

If interested, please fill out this form so that you can be added to the SOLE site to access the sign-up list for times. It is extremely important to receive the influenza vaccine to protect yourself as well as the patients that you serve.
