Application and Interview

Applicants may apply for the child & adolescent fellowship after completing two years of a psychiatric residency and be eligible to obtain a West Virginia license in their third year. Applicants must be a US Citizen, hold a J-1 Visa, or Green Card to be eligible to enter this program. Those currently in a residency program must be in good standing. Application deadline is November 1, of each year. The Child and Adolescent Fellowship receives applications through ERAS and participates in the Match. Applicants can either apply through ERAS or can download and return our application that is provided below. Once a completed application with letters and transcripts is received, candidates will be contacted to arrange an interview.
