About
The WVU Department of Neurosurgery and the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute is a world leader in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery. Our world-renowned faculty lead a very busy clinical schedule as well as multiple first-in-human clinical trials. Our fellows play an integral role in work of the functional neurosurgical group and are exposed to the full spectrum of functional neurosurgery as well as emerging and cutting-edge techniques and technologies.
The stereotactic and functional fellowship offers breadth and depth of training. Rather than focusing on a narrow area of functional neurosurgery, we are proud to report that all of our graduating fellows well exceeded expected operative case volumes in all aspects of functional neurosurgery.
