Why did you choose WVU to further your training?
The camaraderie between fellows was immediately apparent during fellowship interviews and spoke volumes about the program’s culture. WVU’s scope-heavy training and its role as a tertiary care referral center assured me of a rich hands-on experience with a wide variety of complex pathology.
Research Interests:
Functional GI disorders, motility, and gut-brain interaction.
Future Career Plan:
To become an academic gastroenterologist with a focus on clinical research, education, and mentoring.
Hobbies/Interests:
Tennis, exploring new cafes and brunch spots, and shopping.
Favorite thing about Morgantown:
The vibrant college town atmosphere and the beautiful nature surrounding the city make it a perfect place to both work and unwind.
