If you are planning a research project and would like Department support, please complete one of the attached forms. In addition to helping us prioritize research resources, completing the forms will also help you propose better (ie, more likely to be published) projects.
- Proposal for Perioperative Database/Retrospective Projects. This form is for retrospective analyses, registry studies, and database projects.
- Proposal for Clinical or Education Research. This form is intended for prospective, observational, cohort, or similar projects.
