Infectious Diseases Track
The Division of Infectious Diseases is excited to offer an Infectious Disease track starting in 2026 for senior residents who are considering fellowship training in Infectious Disease, as well as those pursuing careers in hospital medicine or primary care who want a more comprehensive educational experience in antimicrobial stewardship, diagnostic reasoning, and management of both simple and complex infections.
Residents will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of topics, including antimicrobial stewardship, HIV, infections in transplant and immunocompromised hosts, musculoskeletal infections, outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT), complex outpatient antimicrobial therapy with oral agents (COpAT), and providing care in rural areas via telemedicine.

Rising interns and current PGY-2 residents may apply during the second half of the academic year.
