LOCATION: WVU Children's Hospital, Pediatric Clinic, Physician Office Center (POC) Morgantown, West Virginia

DURATION: 2 weeks minimum

STATUS: Elective

Objectives

1. To gain clinical experience in Pediatric Infections.
2. To become familiar with the associated literature.
3. To develop an understanding of anti-infectious therapy.
4. To gain clinical experience in cystic fibrosis.

Methods to Achieve Objectives

The student will accompany the attending on daily rounds, attend didactic lectures, and be involved in direct patient care.

Examination Procedures and Evaluation Criteria

Daily observation.
