To be able to make an accurate diagnosis based on competent cardiac evaluation by physical examination, EKG and chest x-ray. To understand the basic pathophysiology of acquired and congenital heart disease in children.
Methods to Achieve Objectives
- Active participation in the work-up and follow-up of patients with cardiologic problems in the ward and in the out-patient clinic setting.
- Rounds daily with the pediatric cardiologist.

Available in the department.
ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE ROTATION REPORT TO: Suite 104 Medical Staff Building. Women and Children's Hospital at 8:30 AM.
